HATHA YOGA for all levels (mixed ability) with a choice of styles including classes to energise, build strength, improve posture and flexibility. From Dynamic Flow to a choice of more gentle/beginner Yoga sessions. Our lead Yoga Instructor, Angela Stone, is qualified to Level 3 in Yoga and holds additional qualifications in ante/post natal exercise and specialist training in Yoga for Kids and Health Related Exercise for Children. Angela first taught exercise to music and step aerobics in the 1990s and has been teaching Yoga 10 years. 

Jools Thompson completed her YTT with Yoga Campus in 2018 and has quickly become a popular Instructor here at Step Up Studio. Her Thursday night class is now taking bookings for November 2019.

Laura Graham brings her calming and grounding energy to the Studio offering classes on a Tuesday morning - a Mixed ability class at 10am and a specialist class for new Mums and babies from November.

Natalie Scattergood currently runs a Saturday morning class with us and has created a wonderful inclusive and accessible space for students starting on their yoga journey. She has recently added a Chair based yoga class for older adults on a Wednesday afternoon.
We are home to Diamond Notion Dance where our sassy Katie Whitely teaches high energy, inclusive and fantastic fun weekly Pole Dancing sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays with a range of workshops and specialist training in stretch and flexibility throughout the year. Katie regularly invites the cream of the Pole Dancing Sisterhood to run workshops/events and her annual Pole Dancing Exhibition at Howden Shire Hall is legendary!

Camilla Sargeant works as a Physiotherapist and brings her professional training into her Physio led Pilates sessions offering her students support and advice to strengthen and improve movement.

We regulary invite Guest Instructors and are delighted to welcome Sue Russell to our yoga family with her Vinyasa Flow sessions on Friday mornings at 10am.
